
Shari Tripp - Shari is an Assistant Professor and has been teaching web design since 2000. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, and is a Certified Associate Webmaster. She brings real world experience in web design, networking, telecommunications, and IT project management, and has worked in the IT field in some form or another since 1990. As an educator she favors a hands-on, practical approach to get students creating useful applications quickly, with an emphasis on adherence to web standards. She enjoys teaching and interacting with students, and strives to create a friendly, enthusiastic classroom environment where people who love technology can learn together.

Mark DuBois - Currently serves as WOW's Director of Education. He was inducted into the WOW Web Professional Hall of Fame in 2006. Mark holds the following WOW Professional Certifications: Web Designer, Web Developer and Webmaster
He has worked with a number of businesses over the past 3 decades. He has also worked for state government organizations and has served as a consultant. He created his first web page in 1992 and has been improving his skills ever since. He has been teaching at various institutions for the past 2 decades. Mark created the oldest web systems degree program (at Illinois Central College). He also created the oldest Rich Internet Application Developer certificate (it was approved a full year before the term AJAX was coined). Mark has taken classes on web accessibility and tries to actively participate in various initiatives to further the cause of the web profession.
